Commands & Colors: Medieval is effectively the 'sequel' to GMT's Ancients version of the title. As a whole, it is meant to cover the period from AD 500 to ~1400, but the system is 'stepping through history', so the first set covers early Byzantine conflicts. It feels fairly similar to Ancients but there are lots of small but important differences to the unit types, and an all-new inspired action system.
